Responsibilities of Assistant Banquet Setup Manager Includes:
Organize, Supervise, and assist in set-up and breakdown of rooms for both meetings and food functions
Check function rooms to ensure that all set-ups are in accordance with the BEO and Catering Manager
Inspect set-ups; check for cleanliness, neatness and agreement with group requirements and departmental standards; rectify deficiencies with respective personnel
Anticipate the guests’ needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency
Document daily set-up requirements according to departmental procedures and attach respective diagrams, preparing diagrams as needed
