Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a part-time Cash Vault Teller for our Phoenix, AZ cash processing facility. We are seeking an energetic individual who will be responsible for the secure, timely and accurate processing of customer deposits brought to Cash Vault Services via armored car. These duties include separating currency, verifying bank deposits and preparing change orders. The hours for this position are day shift, Monday-Friday, approximately 30 hours or more per week.

No weekends or holidays!

The successful candidate must be detail oriented, have a stable work history with at least 6 months cash handling experience, be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., have a clean criminal record and verifiable background.

A minimum of five years of accounting experience. Must be familiar with Windows based accounting applications.  Epicor experience a plus.

Deposit Operations Specialist
This professional will support all Credit Union Branches in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service to all internal staff located at the various Branch locations.

Duties and Responsibilites:


Process ATM/Debit card maintenance requests timely and accurately; block cards when receiving requests to prevent credit union losses or potential losses.
Process chargebacks according to established MasterCard guidelines/timelines.
Verify IRA documents are processed correctly and approved in IRAdirect.
Download debit card reports daily.
Sustain a positive working relationship within the department and branch staff.
Download bill pay file; check for failed payments.
