JOB SUMMARY:
The individual in this position is responsible for performing a variety of duties to ensure accurate and timely payment of required insurance (i.e. hazard and flood) and real estate taxes. Assists management team in working with vendor partners to ensure all assets are adequately protected. Performs a variety of duties to ensure that all pertinent loans are analyzed on at least an annual basis. Works directly with Loss Mitigation unit to provide escrow analysis support for the modification process.
