Performs Training for Collaboration and Execution Portal environment focusing on Oracle's Collaboration Suite tools such as Portal, Workspaces, Calendar, Content Services, Threaded Discussions, Web Conferencing, Oracle Drive and Oracle Messenger.
Schedules weekly Training classes and communicates expectations to audience and provides assistance and follow-up to any personnel that need assistance with portal.
Prepares Training Content and determines best practices for ease of communication to a disperse user community. 
Uses tools such as Video Teleconferencing and Web Conferencing to perform Training.
May need to schedule travel to various sites to perform training. 
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. 
Familiar with creating Computer Based Training utilizing various software packages. 
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

You must have Security Clearance or be able to get Security clearance within 3 months.
 
·         Reports to the Configuration Manager and helps prepare and execute the program configuration management process.
·         Provides assistance for configuration management/document control analysis for the Enterprise System and assists with the Analysis of proposed changes to the production system to determine affect on fielded production and lab systems, and assists with the coordination of recording of baseline configuration modifications for configuration management control:
·         Participates in conferences with OEM, Customer, Engineering, and Certification & Accreditation (C&A) representatives as needed to maintain the system baseline configuration, and assists in the identification of all system compatibilities and system dependencies.
·         Assists the Configuration Manager in developing and maintaining a change-reporting procedure using ITIL v3, and prepares directives for change authorization and documentation to be applied by customer and subcontractor personnel as required.
·         Helps analyze all security vulnerabilities associated with the production and lab systems and coordinates and tracks the remediation process through the change management system to include; all analysis, test, implementation, and close out activities.
·         Analyzes proposed design changes and exhibits to assist in preparing reports for systematic impacts and for overall product for management action, using knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, and procurement activities.
·         Confers with department managers to obtain additional information or to interpret policies and procedures for reporting changes in product design. Audits subcontractor's inspection or technical documents preparation procedure to verify compliance with contract requirements.
·         Coordinates activities of personnel preparing manual or automated records related to system baseline configuration.

Works with senior business leaders to identify and document business requirements in support of ABA strategic goals. Executes project management activities in compliance with the ABA project management methodology.
