The Rosetta Stone Quality Assurance Department is seeking a dynamic individual with some technical and quality skills to assist the Harrisonburg, Virginia test lab operations. In addition to testing support, the individual will regularly interact with internal customers including quality assurance analysts, software developers, and project managers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Help deliver backup testing support for all software development project teams.
· Assist with the delivery of functional, regression, performance, and acceptance testing activities.
· Help find, maintain, and track software defects.
· Learn about the Rosetta Stone product line.
· Support regular product release testing as well as the production of small runs of product master CDs.
· Assist with OS, browser, and hardware update testing to confirm product functionality operates as designed.
· Help maintain the inventory of Rosetta Stone product master CD archives.
· Help document and report testing results.
