Job Summary: Process a high volume of daily cash receipts for a world-leading manufacturing company Advise Sales and Accounting Departments of cash receipt status Contact customers to obtain payment details if necessary Function as a backup for customer invoicing Handle customer inquiries for payment receipts or related information as necessary Assist Sales and Accounting groups with Accounting related tasks and projects as needed Job Responsibilities: Track and apply daily cash receipts for multiple companies Provide research assistance for customers and Accounting Department Consistently maintain a high level of accuracy Ensure efficient and timely processing of cash receipts Forward payment receipts or other related documents to satisfy requests from customers and internal departments
